      Quick to hire. you can walk in and they will put you to work that same day

      Cons

      They do not want to pay for sick pay even though it legal. They will out just anyone to work without doing a thorough screening of the guard. They will let just anyone work with you, risking your safety because the guard will refuse to do their job properly
