      The Nicest Company Around

      Pros

      There are so many pros to list for SI. 4 day work week. Flexible hours. Bonus Schemes etc, But my main takeaway is just how lovely this company is to work for, there is a real sense of community across its staff and departments. The managers are extremely supportive and for such a young company it is great to see them put so much trust in their staff, it's very motivational! Great progression too, if you are a good fit for the company they recognise this and want to propel you further up the ladder!

      Cons

      The only con is it will ruin future jobs as you will always want the search intelligence treatment!

      - Large workload (but they are taking steps to reduce this, which is great to see!) - Uncertainty about whether journalists will provide coverage
