      Not the worst job, definitely not the best

      Pros

      Pays well. Good sleepover bonus. Nice colleagues depending on service.

      Cons

      Horrible hours (60+ per wk easily). Horrible management, not all, but majority. 1 Senior in particular has serious attitude issue. Harassed 24/7 for OT. Phoning in sick is just an inconvenience. No thanks or appreciation unless it’s OT. No career progression as senior position is a soul destroying opportunity.
