      - The Marketing Team is very competent and collaborative - Executive Team is solid and opened - CMO is a very competent professional and a good leader - The team accepts new suggestions and are always open to collaborate

      - Some employees are a bit closed to new ideas, which is crazy considering most of the team is so nice
