      Pros

      The concept of what we deliver is truly innovative and is the future of clinical trials. The leadership team is supportive, and everyone I've worked with really is incredible. The people here along with the product make it special. The company has had its challenges, as driving a completely new model in the clinical research space is difficult, but recent changes have helped. I feel we are on the right path for long-term growth with huge potential. From a day-to-day perspective, I feel like I have the ability to carve my own path. The work is hard, but it is extremely rewarding. I truly believe that with the recent FDA support of Decentralized trials, Science 37 will only grow and improve.
