      - Got to learn a lot from the leadership team - Get to exercise extended ownership over the projects you are on while still getting the required guidance - Good compensation packages - Good vacation policies - Get to be involved in client management in addition to your technical skills

      Cons

      - Over reliance on the leadership team at times to achieve targets, not enough preemptive training across the board, more "learn as you go" environment - As an agency, it naturally has its limits to what can or can't be done on the project which can stifle creativity sometimes
