      Pros

      Everyone is so helpful and the culture is fantastic. Autonomy! Encouraged to learn and grow Leadership is strong and very approachable Great product

      Cons

      It isn't really a con but because it is so new, brand awareness is not as wide spread so it takes longer to nurture clients but that is what I was expecting with a small start up and working at a small start up isn't for everyone. I rather enjoy this though

      Pros

      Benefits and pay are the only positive things right now.

      Cons

      Operations leadership is getting rid of anyone that questions their choices and feels like a dictatorship. CS leadership is all from the same culture and is often blinded by this when others ask questions that view things a different way. Leading by fear has led many to be afraid to speak up. Series B sounds to be struggling or less than expected, churn is crazy and sales is not keeping up. Workloads are increasing, headcount is being fired and many are looking for options.

      The best is the vibe, and teams are collaborative and supportive. It also offers good perks such as full-remote, private insurance, co-working stipend, learning budget, equipment budget, 30 days vacay!..

      Cons

      Constant strategic changes, unclear direction and lack of focus makes it difficult to achieve any impactful outcomes. Leadership style quite waterfall and a bit "autocratic" instead of relying on the expertise of others. Also little growth opportunities.
