Everyone is extremely nice, kind and collaborative. Sharing different perspectives and concerns is encouraged. Nobody assigns blame, and the team is on board with improving its overall development operations. The environment is also hybrid and flexible.

Hard work is acknowledged and credit is given where its due. Work life balance is encouraged. Best work culture I have experienced by far.

Cons

the office is located next to a hospital and medical facilities - parkade is a pain to navigate during peak business hours for neighbouring medical offices.
