      Interesting products but old-fashioned work methods

      Pros

      Interesting products, mix of factory workers and software developers building them. Very high focus on work environment

      Cons

      Immature and for some aspects old fashioned ways of working.

      Pros

      Dont have to work so hard, but thats becouse it realy dont matther what you do. Good vaccation and low "official" working ours. Depending on location and work, good work from home oppertunitys.

      Cons

      Realy low payment if your not in a staff management position (staff mgm pos gives deascent payment). But for the rest of us, the payment is way below market payment. Basicly all staff mgm position is based on political connections. If you dont know that you will get the position before it is advertaised internaly, forget it. Same for any other senior non-mgm position.
