      Pros

      Salary is good and the people working there are great.

      Cons

      Because it consists of multiple portfolio companies and central teams, your mileage way wary. Some companies are better put together than others, but saas.group itself is a good place to work at.

      Pay on time, offsite once a year

      Cons

      I worked for one of the major portfolio brands. The environment was toxic, with managers who often lacked the skills to actually get things done. While many customers were churning, management kept running presentations about imaginary growth. There were no real career opportunities, and most of the smart people were leaving.
