      Pros

      free pop and snacks, nice office, co workers

      Cons

      Marketing spends 90% of its day pressuring employees for good reviews of the company, its the weirdest thing in the world. They are always trying to get on Best of Work Places list, YOU are a software company, focus on you SOFTWARE! NO ONE cares about the company culture, truth of the matter is, its high stress, sleazy sales tactics by CEO, bugged software, revolving door of sales people, no career advancement, horrible management, bad business decisions, Check out LINKEd## for all past employees

We have an incredible team and we are extremely proud of what we are trying to build and have achieved with regards to our product, as well as honors and awards. It affirms the work we are doing. With regard to our product, we have invested significantly from a technology perspective, doubling the size of our development team to power enhanced functionality and new feature development, under the direction of a phenomenal CTO. We will continue to do our best every day to help our customers save time and money with our award-winning product, as well as provide a great place to work for our people that is positive, fun; fostering accountability, trust, and open communication.       The good and the bad

      Pros

      You might like who you work with depending on your department. Benefits are pretty decent and they pay for your healthcare. 401K is offered with no match, but the pay is decent. It has a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The company is a revolving door and no one stays for long periods of time especially sales and devops. They have this fake startup culture and the environment has gone downhill over the past year. They lack a long term plan and the CEO will change his mind whenever. Marketing is now doing this thing where they're pushing for positive reviews on here.

Over the last 6-12 months we have experienced quite a bit of change, with the addition of a new CTO and Sr. VP of Sales, as well as substantial new hire growth, which primarily have been in sales and technology, setting up the strategic framework and road map for STACK's continued success and growth as we scale. Working in start-up mode is definitely challenging and rewarding. We have a great foundation, based on our Mission, Vision and Value System, and an awesome team that is focused on helping our customers bid and win more profitable work, working toward our 5 year big goal. At STACK, we are committed to our people and it is our goal to provide a work experience that is fun, open, and fair. We want to continually improve and build on our culture of transparency, trust and accountability that fosters a team approach. We encourage everyone at STACK to have an open dialogue with their manager or leadership team, especially to address any concerns or issues. We want to continue to be a great place to work.

      Best company I've ever been with!

      Pros

      The environment at STACK is very laid back. As a start up, things are always changing and evolving and its a ton of fun to be a part of that process. I love that management is so open to hearing the ideas and opinions of everyone in the company. Co-workers are amazing, friendly, and helpful. We are one team and act as such. The success of one leads to the success of the group and everyone is more than willing to help you get where you need to be.
