      Pros

      good terms and conditions. Subsidised canteen Share purchase scheme is a bonus. Will gain plenty of experience. Opportunities for promotion

      Chaotic working environment Have lost to many experienced people recently Senior management completely out of touch with reality of day to day operations. People overworked and stressed out

      None, Whatever pros there were, SK have been on a 5 year mission to remove.

      Cons

      5 year goal of destroying benefits but left with "Free parking". Approved profit share scheme (APSS) designed which can not be cashed out on devesting of shares (currently for a period of 5 years).
