Pros
Nice workers that aren’t management. Just trying to make an honest living. Little potlucks were cool.
Cons
There are no qualified professionals to work in positions that actually know the laws and how to manage people. If you ask questions that shine a light on their inefficiencies, they are immediately side eyeing you instead of using it as a learning opportunity to enhance business dealings with customers and employees. No transparency.

-Early Fridays -Dress code was casual

-Pay -Expected hours -Unpaid overnight on-call shifts -Dishonest about expected commission earnings -Find minor reasons to remove commission from jobs -Family/friend nepotism -No direction for the company -Little to no forward advancement opportunities with little pay increase
