They offered a good increase in pay compared to my last job in which I was there for 5 years.
Cons
I was only there for a week and was fired because although I did the work, I apparently didn't show enough drive or initiative. Instead of just a warning to perhaps speak up more, they just decided to let me go. Not because of job performance but because I wasn't being enough of a social butterfly.
Hard to think of any but they had an employee event for employees once that was fun.
Cons
They pretend to appreciate their employees but they don't.
Terrible pay, not good benefits. They changed them this year and tried to claim they were better but their awful. No sick time or holidays, it all comes from one tiny "bucket" of PTO. Health care is expensive.
NO growth opportunities.
