      Pros

      Robin Ruth is interesting and fun place to work in. I've been able to grow into an entirely new role since I’ve started here. Two levels of managers above me have been going out of their way to help me progress my career, including asking about my career desires, suggesting new projects to build those skills, and giving me time to grow in those skills. Members of the team are very innovative and a lot can be learned from them. The bosses are always open to hearing how we can improve and new ideas. Everyone is very friendly!

      Cons

      Some structure of the company can be improved but we have monthly meeting to discuss how to improve overall as a company.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for 10 years and have always thrived in this environment. I am not related to management or its ownership, but have always been treated as family. This company is growing very rapidly, so yes things are definitely stressful and hectic at times. It is to be expected from a company which aims to dominate the market in over 60 countries around the world. I have always been given the freedom and support to grow my segment of the business in the best way I see fit, and thus far that has worked well for both of us. I have been involved in sales in 3 different States and was always duly compensated for my work. Regarding reimbursement for work related expenses they have always been fair.

      Cons

      Because of the rapid growth, sometimes it's hard for production of merchandise to keep up with the demand, with result on lost sales.

      Growing with the company

      Pros

      The company has doubled over the last 2 years, I've been growing with it. We are now the main company with the NYPD license in NYC. Young company with good energy.

      Cons

      It can be a bit crazy with so much growth, the systems still need to be developed, will bring more consistency to the office.
