Lack of standardized procedures across dept, which created confusion and inconsistencies. Communication and training needs improvement. Employees may experience limited support when navigating workplace concerns. Workplace culture felt hierarchical and collaboration across teams could be stronger. Management style was very traditional and may not be fit for employees seeking a more modern development focused environment. The location and surrounding industrial area were not ideal for me personally smelling like oil all day.

Local management on up has little or no concern for their working force. Workers are treated as replaceable warm bodies used to make sure somebody shows up at job sites. They are given little to no training before being put in the field for what is an extremely dangerous job. People’s lives are literally at risk and it’s dangerous for everyone, Roadsafe employees, contractors, and the general public that passes through their work zones. It’s a miracle more people aren’t injured on a daily basis as a result of Roadsafe sending unqualified people out to do this work.
