I worked at Rio Tinto full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Cons

Like many others have commented Rio has been in a steady decline since 2015. The company has taken the opportunity to gouge employees at every opportunity along with seemingly non stop restructured makes for an unpleasant work environment.
