      Pros

      Overtime is paid in full double, paid breaks and a paid shower at end of shift thanks to negotiated EBA.

      Cons

      Very management heavy, runs under a "safety conscious" set of expectations with reporting of safety issues amounting to being strong armed by a HR department that tells the trades & operations teams they don't know what they're talking about.
