      - International experience: opportunity to travel a lot and to work with different nationalities - Great learning curve: lots of opportunities to develop your skills fast and take large responsibilities, even as a junior -Friendly and clever people: since I started, I have not met one single person that I haven't learned from - Great transparency: regular "townhalls" or Q&A sessions - Small size and flat organization of the company

      Limited growth in terms of management due to the current small size of the company

      Very very international team. Great technologies. Possibility to travel a lot. Flat hierarchy. Team autonomy. Fantastic location in Brussels. Now in a sustainable financial situation. Good spirit in the office.
