Pros

Only pros i can say are some of the friends i made while working there.

Cons

1. Terrible management. Supervisors or whatever they want to call themselves never and i mean never answer the phones/text/emails even when its a customer. 2. They will threaten to write you up for customers quiting even though you did everything possible to keep the customer happy. 3. Terrible place to work at. Turnover rate is very high. 4. Training is terrible they should have a dedicated trainer not just throw you with anyone. 5. Supervisors drink and drive on the job. Plenty more but overall a terrible place to work at. No place to work if you want a longtime career.

Pros

A great stepping stone for an Account Executive. Large Territories.

Cons

Lengthy contracts. Management has unrealistic expectations. ALL Commission was not payed until an entire quarter. Sometimes 6 months depending on what part of the quarter you signed to 60month contract.
