Pros
Pay reasonable market rate compensation
Cons
1. 6-day work week of 7 hrs/day 2. Probation is longer than any other company in Canada - 6 months. 3. You do not get to utilize your vacation in first year. Vacation accumulation would have to be used the following year. 4. No sick days or personal days. If you’re sick, it’ll be unpaid. 5. No benefits till you pass your 6 months probation. Overall, high demand but no work-life balance. Company does not take care of the wellness of the employees.
