You feel like you're making a difference every day you go to work. The organization has been around for many years and helps to divert tonnes of waste away from landfills. Everyone that works there is incredibly passionate about what they do.
Cons
Very micromanaged. Compensation is below average. It's basically silent, in an industrial area, and management is not particularly interested in any of your initiatives, in general. It seems to be a place most people only stay for 1-2 years.
