1yWe value all feedback as it provides insights into our workplace culture. However, we would like to clarify that the individual who left this review is no longer employed with Rayburn Tours, having been dismissed for gross misconduct following a thorough investigation and disciplinary process conducted by independent HR Consultants. The concerns raised about the workplace environment appear to be linked to actions that did not align with the values upheld by our team. While we acknowledge the feedback, it does not reflect the experiences of our current employees.
