Pros
Great team, lots of company social events and action from leadership when there are suggestions for improvement. Good benefits and work life balance.
Cons
Similar to a start up culture, processes are still being developed and communication is sometimes lacking. I think of this as a pro in some regards, since you can leave your mark if you take initiative to make improvements.
