The atmosphere is very supportive, including management. It’s very welcoming, they provided thorough training so you really do learn a lot about the company, and what they do! It is very fast paced but totally manageable with the support provided. There is alot of room to grow, and they really seem to care about the employees.

As someone who's worked at this company for a decent amount of time... it's for good reason. Many companies treat you like you're just another number; this company actually cares about you. These are good, honest, and genuine people. The owner would literally give you the shirt off his back. Upper management does and is willing to give people a chance to prove themselves. The pay is good. Nice amount of PTO. Benefits are decent. Hours are convenient. Management is understanding and will work with you. There's a lot more I could say too on why you should work here but at the end of the day this company is different from the rest that I've worked at. They just... they truly want to see you succeed. This is a place you can grow a long-lasting career in and do something meaningful that you can be proud of.
