Breaks with everyone without a trace of management was the best thing.

Cons

When employees of RDI gather together all you’ll hear are rants and complaints about how mean and awful management is!! How short our breaks are, how low the pay is, how stressful, toxic, and suffocating it is to be in the same room with them!!

The office was well-stocked with what I needed day-to-day. Paychecks arrived on time.

Cons

I started in a role and remained in that exact role for three years with zero indication of progression—there were no training programs beyond initial onboarding, no structured path to advancement, no mentorship or investment in developing anyone's skills. My coworkers and I were all just staying put. Every quarter looked like the last one, and it became clear pretty quickly that this wasn't a place that cared about building people up. Nobody told me what growth looked like here or whether it was even possible. I was stuck watching the calendar instead of watching myself improve.

My coworkers and I, we shake with fear around the managers! Not a real pro, but at least I'm not the only one!

Cons

The atmosphere was so hostile it felt suffocating that I couldn't breathe! Taking isn't allowed and if the manager sees you using your phone, you'll immediately get yelled at and be humiliated!
