      Management really promotes you to pick up and learn new things. Management is also very supportive of your decisions and help you grow

      Pros

      RAZR is an exciting place to be right now. Like any role, what you get out of it depends on what you put in. When you lean in, there’s a lot of opportunity to grow and make an impact. We work with amazing clients, the team is full of smart, supportive people, and the culture is genuinely fun. It’s a “work hard, play hard” environment where your coworkers have your back. No company is perfect, but what stands out at RAZR is the leadership’s willingness to listen and act. There’s a real commitment to improvement and to doing right by both clients and employees. I’ve worked at companies where the culture felt toxic. RAZR is the opposite. We care about each other and about delivering our best.

      Cons

      This isn’t a place with a rulebook for everything. Priorities can shift, and roles may stretch beyond what’s written on paper. But that makes it exciting because there’s space to grow and shape your work.
