      Pros

      I've been with raSmith for my entire career since college and I can honestly say that this is the only company I want to work for. I feel valued and appreciated and my hard work does not go unnoticed. There are some extremely talented people here and everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand or provide guidance/feedback. The work is challenging but the company supports its employees with work/life balance. Professional involvement is encouraged and supported. Also, the health benefits are simply unmatched in the industry.

      Cons

      While the work itself is challenging and fulfilling, the sheer workload can be a stressor at times.
