The management is lacking to say the least. Don’t make the mistake of trying to go to them either. They don’t give you the information to do your job. They take time to train the ones they want and if you’re not the chosen ones, good luck. They ignore so many regulations. And HR is only interested in drinking not employee morale. And if you have a disability you will not likely get any accommodations. It is sad because the owners have such an amazing vision for their company. But poor management really hold them back. There is no consistency on procedures. It is an emotionally draining place to work. They hide things from employees, patients and providers.

Lots of admin work. Pay should be a bit higher considering all the things you're responsible for. High expectations
