Sometimes when there are various projects going on the hours can be long - but this isn't necessarily a bad thing! The technology is a bit behind, but there is always ongoing work to improve it. I would say both locations in the UK are a bit out of the way, and having such a big distance between sites often means there is a lot of travel involved. It's not like having an office HQ in the middle of the city. Although the senior management team are really friendly, supportive, and approachable, sometimes communication is lacking, wires get crossed easily. Sometimes plans change at the last minute, which is really frustrating when you've been working on a project and you have to go back to the drawing board with it.
