Sales environments can naturally be fast paced and in some cases repetitive, and we know this won’t be the same for everyone every day. We’re glad to hear that the team activities and training sessions helped bring some variety, and we will continue to explore new ways of keeping the day-to-day experience engaging and rewarding. Regarding working hours, you’re right that on occasion people may finish slightly later—particularly when they are supporting a customer or wrapping up an important conversation. However, the majority of our team do finish on time, and we have worked hard to review our standard hours and provide flexible patterns where possible to support a healthy work–life balance.
