There's a real buzz about the place, which you can feel as soon as you arrive in the office. No matter what your role, you're encouraged to get involved in fundraising and volunteering activities, and invited to drop in sessions to find out about what the charity as a whole is doing. The office is very social, with three sports teams (open to anyone that shows willing!) and there are very often after work activities too. The organisation is very tech savvy (working from home one day a week is encouraged, and very easy to do), and is really supportive in helping you with your personal and professional development.
