      Pros

      Lots of room for advancement. Decent pay. Lots of experience in the phlebotomy area. You get to interact with all varieties of patients. You learn to be time effective.

      Cons

      Long hours. Lots of driving. Almost no supervision because you are working midnight till you are done with your route. Not enough training time for new route techs.

      R&D work will do at after office time only, Very less compensation, No leave on saturday and sunday also
