Pros
Everyone pulls their weight; there are no slackers. They genuinely care about the projects, the clients and each other. Management is open to suggestions and perpetual improvement. An overall great attitude fosters an excellent working environment.
Cons
Hiring practices are a bit arduous but ensure a great fit. A small company like this can't afford to waste time with someone who might or might not work out. They like to be as sure as possible. Being a small company they are somewhat at the whim of their clients and the current fiscal environment having to quickly shrink or grow their staff as business needs change.

There are lots of opportunities for growth and professional development. Proficient's commitment to quality ensures you are always given the resources needed to deliver your best work.
Cons
As with any job, when projects get busy, you'll have to work longer hours. However, if you manage your time well, this isn't a problem at all.
