      - They pay well ($72,000 per year) - They will train you from the basics - They will fully train and get you accredited - They will be flexible with your methodology to accomplish work goals. - Intermediate sized operation

      Cons

      - Rigid travel requirements - Integration of various apps in progress - Growing pains - Growing documentation - Tons of photos needed to accomplish tasks. (Though for good reason!)
