      Pros

      Good environment. The nurses are awesome! If you have a problem, there is usually someone that you can work with to get it solved.

      Cons

      Small company, so stressful times can be extra stressful, as there are fewer hands to do the work.

      Pros

      -- The people there can teach you a lot about the industry. Several big names like Michael Gavin and Mark Pew came from PRIUM. -- Friendly management. -- "Small company" culture; if you have a problem, you can usually find somebody willing to go out of their way to help you.

      Cons

      -- "Small company" pay. -- Large workload per person. -- Several of the "big names" have left after the company was purchased.

      Pros

      My rating is really a 4.5 because there is always room for improvement - the people are great - flexible and invested in your professional growth - relaxed environment - if you do your work and do it well, there isn't a problem. If you don't do your work effectively and look for handouts, you will not enjoy your time here and will not succeed. - opportunities for growth - the company is growing and they look internally for any management positions first. - meaningful work - we're making an impact and helping people - management team - some are young managers, but they're humble. The doors are always open for suggestions and chats about any ideas or concerns. - they trust their employees.

      Cons

      - the pay could be better, but it's a small company - since it's growing fast and such a small company, we're only 1 deep in some positions, which can hurt the work/life balance - sometimes, though your ideas are heard and wanted to be utilized, they aren't implemented for a long time
