Pros

Great hours. Pay is good. Tips on top of that. Company also has monthly incentives that can add up pretty quickly.

Cons

Its moving so its hard, obviously. You will easily hit over 35 hours every week throughout the year. They were busy year round when I was there.

Pros

Hours. Many hours. Top guys often are hitting overtime. Sometimes to the tune of a few couple hundred bucks. Management is laid back. Crew leads micro manage others. Bonuses are given for good work.

Cons

Days are often long. Sometimes exceeding eight hours. Leads know their schedule days out. Others are made aware the day prior.
