USED to be great place family focused company that did at one point care about its employees, now it is all based on greed and getting top dollar for cars with issues
Cons
Management is undertrained, all employees are overworked and still the ceo demands high productivity that is clearly unattainable,all employees are replaceable at a moments notice no warnings, your gone new guy next day, laws? Yea they do not care about the laws if they can falsify/forge proof. What really bothered me was the fact that we inspect used cars for sales, we would find out vehicles had alot of issues and oil leaks so on, management would fix some things, sell vehicles to customers advertising it was mint, if customers brought back due to issues then they would fix, I feel if you are selling a car for that much money you should make sure your customers are getting a good car. Base if the company is greed, money is all they care about if your not makeing them enough money your gone.
