If you enjoy startups and understand that everyone is just doing the best the can with what they have, you'll be fine. If you want to work with people who genuinely want to do the right thing for customers and for each other, you'll be fine. Don't expect all the best tools, company-wide lavish parties (or president's club), for your SDR to do all of your prospecting, or marketing to bring in all of your leads. It's scrappy, but it's also a good opportunity to learn. Most people want to do the work, and we're all trying to figure it out together. You'll probably never be shocked to find out someone's point of view. Most folks from the top down are "what you see is what you get" kind of people, so if you appreciate that, you'll do fine. Benefits are pretty good for a company this size.
