There is a lot of opportunity to grow and learn as we're still a small team. Managers are open to hearing from their employees and want to foster an environment of transparency and approachability.
Cons
Few growth issues but nothing that cannot be fixed.

Pros
Everyone takes the time to help and support each other. Friendly and laid back atmosphere. People are passionate about building something new and exciting. Central location to restaurants, grocery stores and freeways. Perk: free parking at the office when you attend Levi's stadium events!
Cons
With any new company there are some process kinks to work out, but keeping an open mind and flexibility is key to navigate through them.
