Great agency environment with friendly, collaborative, hard-working individuals. Supportive management team who wants to help foster career development. When something needs to be done, someone is always willing to step up and help.
Cons
Might be too fast-paced for some, but if you're used to the agency life, it's a perfect fit.

-Management dedicates time to employees personal growth and development -Constantly evolving to be innovative and keep up with industry trends -Encourages feedback on current ways of thinking and doing things -Recognizes internal problems and actively tries to solve them -Provides non-traditional benefits to employees -Hard work and long hours on projects does not go unnoticed by the management team
Cons
-"Work hard/play hard" mentality - but work hard comes first (it is a job after all) -Working at an agency you are always accessible, its tough to unplug
