Pros

I've been with the company for 3 mos now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. From day one, I felt completely welcomed – never once did I feel like a newbie. Everyone, from my direct manager to colleagues across departments, is genuinely helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and supported. The team culture is what really sets this place apart. People actually want to help you succeed, whether it's walking you through a process, answering silly questions, or sharing their own experiences. There's no "sink or swim" mentality here – it's all about lifting each other up. I've grown so much professionally in such a short time, and that's all thanks to the supportive environment they've built. If you're looking for a company where you'll feel valued, supported, and excited to come to work every day, this is it.

Cons

One con to note is the graveyard shift. It's definitely a challenge for anyone not used to working at night, and it takes time to adjust your sleep schedule. But even with that, the positive aspects of the job far outweigh this hurdle for me.

Pros

Excellent support from management and team, fantastic, diverse culture, great pay, really good work-life balance. Good product with a lot of demand. Don’t even think about applying here if you can’t handle a lot of change!

Cons

Product can be a bit confusing to understand and explain. Homeowners that we work with often have complicated property titles that slow down the process. This can create many delays and frustration on the part of homeowners. Also, time kills all deals. Don’t even think about applying here if you can’t handle a lot of change!
