      High calibre people, big growing business, still committed to its “small business culture” ie flat management structure, employing high calibre people - then empowering them to do their job. Career development and advancement encouraged. Genuine appreciation of its people Positive culture Genuine trust and flexibility

      Can be long hours, however, I’ve had that in many places where I was far less respected, trusted and appreciated
