Free food on every shift

Cons

UNPAID over time. Impossible bonus schemes. Constant ridiculous goals from upper management. Toxic environment. Inappropriate conduct between managers and young staff across company. Terrible salary. Horrific work/life balance. Bad communication between management. Constant training. Upper management refuse to put servers on during the day. So manager has to consistently do 3 jobs in one.

Long hours, mostly by your self on the floor during the day with one chef. Will be forced to work by yourself when you have full restaurant due to budgets
