Pros
It was great to be surrounded by people with years of experience under their belt. If you asked for it, there was always someone there to help.
Cons
Hands-off approach may have led to too 'relaxed' of an environment. For those that aren't self-directed, difficult to thrive.

Pros
Good earning potential, very flexible schedule, some ability to work from home, great mentors within the company. Fantastic company culture and great benefits. Help/mentoring is always there when you need it. There is room for high performers to grow withing the company.
Cons
Management can sometimes be too hands off. Not much of a set structure when it comes to policies or procedures.
