      Good for newcomers to know full swing about japanese "malaysian" culture, low salary range and to much seniority.

      Pros

      Good Bonus, Good benefit, Mostly all malay employee. Its good for fresh grad to know more than your jobscope and good for experience My boss is knowledgeable and the best manager I known.

      Cons

      1. Toxic culture 2. No work-life balance 3. Have WhatsApp group 4. Seniority 5. Low salary for my position (HR and Engineer have same salary) 6. To much seniority 7. No training just do yourself 8. Taichi culture 9. To much workload 10. Work assignment not based on position (technician need to do degree level job) 11. Small team that need you to do multiple JD at the same time

      Pros

      Bonus, Fee meals, nice facilities. Most Division got their own company car. Easy claim process. Very fast to get approval for the business proposal due to the lean SOP. Not haywire procedures like Proton

      Cons

      Lunch time only half an hour. Not allowed to eat outside during lunch hour. 8am start working however need to arrived 7.30 am because there will be morning exercise. Too many standing meeting in one day even though we are not in the factory. Kind of old school style medical benefits. They are using book for clinic. No apps like other 3rd party insurance company. Hospitalization coverage very small amount. RM 6.5k per person per year

      Working at perodua as engineer

      Pros

      For automative industry, this is one of the best place for newcomers to learn as it will give you best understanding and early exposure before entering department. Bosses and other colleagues are very supportive and friendly. Good benefits (bonus, medical, epf)

      Cons

      As for fresh graduates, must be struggle as the production rate for this company is very high, could give stress to them. Some Department also not have time to teach new engineer/exec as too many workload. Need to work at face phase. Terlampau banyak budaya jepun dibawa masuk. Not have work life balance as need to ot during weekend. Seniority quite strong
