      The Pros to work at PerfectMind are: - Type of technology being used; - A supportive/fun work environment; - The growth the business is currently experiencing; - Opportunity for professional/ personal growth; - The growth the business is currently experiencing. The company is a market leader and more now then ever many ways and opportunities shows a great future;

      Cons

      For the moment, there´s nothing that I could consider as a cons.

      Great environment to learn and grow

      Pros

      The people at this company are amazing. Even during my first week, I felt like I was already part of the PerfectMind family. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, and if you are ever stuck on something and need help, it's easy to reach out and receive support from colleagues.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and undergoing change, so with this comes challenges. Some processes are lacking (communication, recognition, etc) but I think there are people in the company who are trying to improve this. Though people are friendly and approachable, it can be a bit hard to meet new people, as everyone sticks to their work and area in the office (not necessarily a bad thing - we're all focused!). There is Social Fridays, but not many attend. I would have loved to see more team bonding events.

      Pros

      I no longer work at PerfectMind as I recently moved to a new role, but in general, I enjoyed working there. I am going to miss my fun and helpful co-workers, my supportive manager, our wonderful clients, and a friendly environment.

      Cons

      In my experience, middle management was pretty much always reasonable and supportive. However, I can't say the same for the executives who often didn't seem to act in the interest of the employees, but rather in their own interests.
