Pros

- InVision allows a lot of freedom for personal growth - Not hierarchical - Great colleagues who are passionate about what they do & want to help each other succeed - Agile environment, never a dull moment - Friday Hacks, Monday Commitments, Retrospectives, All Hands, Dailies, 1:1 meetings, ENPS - InVision hires great people and trusts them. This means you aren't micro-managed or expected to be working all hours of the day. We're flexible because we know that in order to be successful, the health and well-being of your people has to come first. - Small company, so you get a chance to work with people from different countries and backgrounds - The Düsseldorf office is very cool and has chefs

Cons

- IRA rather than a 401K - No commuter benefits (although that's not really an issue at the moment due to covid) - No traditional legal or HR teams mean that the company structurally is lacking in those areas - Just a note, if you want a more traditional corporate America experience, InVision would not be for you.

Pros

- Friendly colleagues - Excellent food at the Dusseldorf office

Cons

- Significantly below-average salaries - Superficial concern for employee wellbeing - Management often lacks competence, can be demoralizing, offensive, judgmental, and ignorant - Frequent terminations without justifiable cause - Preferential treatment for managers and their friends, for example if you are a manager or friends with one you will get a care package delivered to your home when you are sick, otherwise you get nothing, just the HR or manager annoying you while being sick to send your sick note. - Rigid policies and limited flexibility regarding work hours and location, despite claims of adaptability - Misleading promises and benefits presented during the interview process
