No micro management, they are very understanding when it comes to mental health and are also great encourages for health and wellness. Refresher training is provided

Clear favoritism Employees struggling to reach target do not get any help; only PR, added pressure and deadlines. Seems its a way of pushing people out, The internal politics is never ending. There are bad apples that insist on stealing clients/ candidates and refuse to collaborate with others (again, favouritism) Basic salaries are very low, comm structure isnt great, and employees go years without an annual increase. There are also no benefits. With the rising cost of living, especially with the fuel increase, travelling to the office 4 days a week, no increases, when we can do the exact same thing remotely, makes absolutely no sense. Employees are far more productive in a space that isnt toxic and stressful. Employees can barely afford to get to work and are still required to perform under such stressful pressure. There really is no room for growth. Its all smoke and mirrors The turn around time of employees leaving is ridiculous but management would rather bury their heads in the sand There is no office culture
