The job skills requirement is not high. The interview process is one day affair.
Cons
The company does not have any process and policies. So Management can take any decision.salaries levels are very low and delayed. PF and other deductions are done from salary but never got salary slips. I got my first salary after 3 months. When I left they did not give me salary for the days worked. In short go only if you don't have anything else to do at home. But while joining get proper offer letter and salary breakup with details of in Hand salary.
